The City of Boston is looking for an Apprenticeship Navigator to assist Boston Public Schools students in accessing pre-apprenticeship and Registered Apprenticeship programs. This grant-funded role involves providing individualized coaching, career guidance, and support services for students transitioning from high school into high-quality career pathways in skilled trades.
Working closely with schools, families, and community partners, the Navigator will foster equitable pathways into apprenticeship opportunities. A Bachelor's degree and experience in workforce development or related fields are preferred.
