Overview
ASSOCIATE REGISTRAR, School of Medicine, Graduate Medical Sciences — Boston University Medical Campus. This is a Full-Time/Regular, student-facing role for Graduate Medical Sciences. The Associate Registrar will assist in all aspects of the daily operation of the Registrar's Office, including working with the GMS Registrar on tasks related to student records, academic performance and registration activities for over 1100 students. The role involves developing and refining policies, procedures and workflows in collaboration with the GMS and University Registrars, and maintaining data integrity and compliance with institutional policies and FERPA regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain student academic records, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Coordinate registration processes and support system-related functions within the student information system (SIS)
- Evaluate external and transfer credits and oversee graduation audits
- Manage student online form workflows through On Base
- Generate and analyze MyBU SIS reports related to enrollment, graduation, grading, academic load, and leaves of absence
- Oversee GMS university class scheduling processes, including course additions, updates, and enrollment requirement groups
- Provide guidance to academic programs on curriculum policies and processes
- Maintain course catalog data across systems and resolve discrepancies
- Support updates to student records, including leaves of absence and academic status changes
- Deliver high-quality customer service to students, faculty, and staff
- Master's degree preferred, 3-5 yrs experience in higher education minimum
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
