    • Conduct comprehensive pipeline research and rigorous market analysis, including competitor mapping and compensation benchmarking, to continuously identify, track, and engage high‑potential, diverse candidates nationally and locally.
    • Prepare detailed strategic reports analyzing diversity metrics, candidate conversion rates, and time‑to‑hire data to inform the Executive Director's overall talent strategy.
    • Coordinate multi‑channel, targeted outreach efforts, such as organizing and hosting both in‑person information sessions and virtual webinars, actively attending career fairs, and strategically engaging with higher education institutions, leadership preparation programs, and professional affinity groups to build and sustain a diverse, ready‑to‑hire candidate pipeline for critical administrator roles.
  • Marketing & Communications:
    • Develop, write, and execute professional, engaging marketing content, outreach materials, and consistent digital communications across various platforms (web, email, social media).
    • Create high‑impact recruitment brochures and presentations, draft compelling social media content to enhance the employer brand, and diligently manage all internal and external communication.
    • Maintain a consistent, high‑touch communication cadence with potential candidates through the Leadership Development newsletter to promote BPS leadership opportunities, nurture passive interest, and ensure candidates feel valued and informed throughout their entire journey.
  • Selection & Logistics Management:
    • Lead the full logistical planning and flawless execution of all administrator selection processes.
    • Design, schedule, and manage complex, multi‑stage interview days (encompassing both virtual and in‑person components for finalists), ensuring a highly professional, equitable, and positive candidate experience.
    • Act as the primary communications manager for all external candidate relations and serve as the essential liaison coordinating cross‑departmental hiring committees, ensuring they have all necessary materials, training access, and technology support.
