Your role is not instructional. AI manages the teaching. Your responsibility is to inspire, coach, and apply the same exacting standards you've applied to yourself. Forty percent of your time involves direct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching that identifies obstacles and establishes ambitious targets. Another forty percent is spent facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery rather than engagement alone. The final twenty percent centers on setting tone each morning with focused openings that cultivate a culture where mediocrity has no place.

• Conducting 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics and student data to identify obstacles, establish ambitious targets, and ensure accountability for execution
• Facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery by drawing on credible examples from your own elite background, then evaluating mastery via Alpha's Test2

• Establishing cultural tone each morning with focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance standards campus-wide
• Monitoring student progress continuously and refining coaching approaches based on data rather than intuition
• Cultivating trusted mentor relationships with students and families by maintaining high standards, consistency, and formalized motivation strategies

• Delivering lessons, building curriculum, or evaluating assignments — Alpha's AI-powered academic platform manages instruction; you manage motivation
• Presenting to a full classroom of 30 students (your focus is intensive coaching in small settings, not mass instruction)
• Overseeing other personnel or advancing through administrative ranks (this position centers on direct student outcomes, not organizational structure)
• Attending faculty meetings or working through institutional bureaucracy (your schedule remains student-focused)
• Compromising standards to meet targets (if a student reaches 99%, your task is identifying what prevented 100%)
