TITLE:
Outreach Coordinator
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Through engaging students at Mass Art, the Mass Art Activities Council (MAC) provides activities that enhance learning and personal development. These activities are educational, diverse, entertaining, and designed to complement the college experience while serving the campus community. The Outreach Coordinator of the MAC Board aids in the distribution of information to the Mass Art Community via social media & various college resources.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Outreach Coordinator is required to perform the following:
- Uphold the MAC Social Media Accounts for advertising purposes.
- Responsible for ensuring that all events are posted in advance to the Mass Art Events Calendar & Campus Groups Platform.
- First point of assistant for the Graphic Designer when extra assistance is needed.
- Partake in event planning and execution as outlined within the MAC Handbook.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Ability to work evenings
Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS:
- In order to be eligible for an officer position, a candidate must have the following qualification(s):
- Currently be a full-time undergraduate student at Mass Art
- Be in good-standing and academic standing with the university
