DescriptionThe Director of Faculty Engagement will support the development of faculty at different career stages by developing comprehensive faculty engagement initiatives delivered through a variety of modalities as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities- Advancing faculty research and scholarship.
- Introducing faculty to campus resources.
- Directing faculty mentorship and career development programs.
- Fostering a robust and collaborative scholarly community and academic culture.
- Cultivating leadership skills across all ranks.
- A Ph.D. is required.
- At least 4-7 years of experience in relevant aspects of higher education faculty development.
- A record of peer-reviewed research and publishing; demonstrated success designing and managing programs in complex academic environments.
- Relevant professional development; strong project management and communication skills.
- Teaching experience in higher education preferred.
