We are looking for high‑energy Retail Engagement Interns to act as local brand ambassadors on the ground in Boston for an intensive, action‑packed 8‑week cycle. You’ll be hitting the road, visiting major store hubs, and introducing an innovative platform directly to frontline workers.

• Boost Brand Engagement: Act as the face of the brand on the ground to boost engagement and drive platform usage from its current 1.5% up to a 30% target.
• Deliver On‑Site Demonstrations: Walk into busy store environments, conduct engaging live platform demonstrations, and identify local champions within store teams.
• Manage In‑Store Marketing: Ensure crucial marketing materials are placed in store break rooms and verify that field packs are being actively used.
• Gather Field Insights: Perform field research using surveys and structured conversations. Gather critical feedback from store managers or managing directors and report insights using advanced tools like RED AI for transcription.
