The Marketing Manager will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns to increase sales and revenue for the company.
Duties/Responsibilities- Formulates plan for marketing objectives and leveraging SEM, SEO and Display to its fullest
- Works with Operational Marketing Manager and other department heads on strategic planning
- Drives KPIs by working with the MMD(s) and department heads on best practices and areas of opportunity
- Conceptualizes marketing ideas and product launches
- Ensures that all Asbury digital properties comply with legal and compliance standards set forth by state & federal law as well as all applicable manufacturer covenant requirements
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Performs other related duties to benefit the mission/vision of the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in ecommerce/marketing or a related field
- Possesses leadership qualities and the ability to manage vendor marketing executives
- Well versed in SEM, Display and Local SEO
- Skilled in ROI calculations, A/B Testing and Excel
- Previous experience preferred or automotive experience

Pay Range: $115,440 - $173,160/year
