** We are looking for a Senior Director to lead one to two of our schools – a senior leadership role for someone who loves running great programs, building strong teams, and being the person a school can count on. You’ll be the main leader for your assigned schools, coaching and developing the directors who run them day to day, and ready to step in and run a school yourself when the moment calls for it.

We’re posting in the Boston area but are flexible on where you’re based – we build your school portfolio around where you live and which school needs support most. At OFLC, we strive to create a loving and beneficial learning environment.

** Qualifications
* ** BA, preferably in early childhood education or a related field.
* Director II certification through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).
* Five or more years of managerial experience in education or early education.
