Boston PIC seeks a motivated Career Specialist to work in Boston’s public high schools, recruiting and preparing students for employment and internships while guiding them through resume writing and interview practice.
In coordination with the employer engagement team, you will support student placements at worksites, collaborate with youth, teachers, school staff, and community partners, and manage a caseload to help students achieve work readiness milestones.
