Full-Time Assistant Teacher - No Certifications Needed! (Boston, MA)
Join our team as a Full-Time Assistant Teacher! We’re looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Teacher to join our warm and supportive team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping children's minds, fostering their growth, and building meaningful connections with both children and families.

What You’ll Do:- Gain a positive, hands-on experience and learn directly from our teachers!
- We currently have two positions to fill:12 months through 2 years &18 months through 2 years and 9 months
- Work a full-time schedule from
10 am-6 pm - Provide an encouraging, welcoming, andsafe environment that meets the needs of young children
- Play and interact with children on a daily basis, supporting their developmental and social growth
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required - Demonstrated experience working with children
- No certifications needed!
- Positive, patient, and encouraging personality
- A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Ready to learn!
- $115 per month subsidized MBTA pass and free off-site parking
- Competitive pay rate of $19.25 per hour
