UMass Boston seeks an Academic Success Advisor to support pathways and student success programs, including ASAP and SSS. You will advise 125-150 undergraduate students, conduct group and individual coaching, and help design programming to promote equity and academic achievement.
You will teach up to six one-credit literacy courses, create student-centered workshops, and analyze data to guide program enhancements. Evening/weekend availability may be required.
