K-8 School Culture Aide (Immediate Opening/Temporary Position)

As a school culture aide at Brooke Roslindale, you will hold students to high expectations by leading large groups in a fun and safe manner. This role may include monitoring bus rides to and from school, lunch, snacks, recess, and other duties as needed. This is a temporary position running from August through November. Compensation ranges from $21.00/hour to $28.00/hour commensurate with experience.

• You've earned a high school diploma or GED
• After prior experience working with students, you are able to lead large groups in a fun and safe manner
• You believe that great teaching closes the achievement gap and have an unwavering belief in your students' capabilities
• You are professional, warm, and collaborative with students, families, and colleagues
• Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency preferred
• You are able to start immediately
