Public Health Teaching Professor — Mentorship & Impact

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and, potentially, graduate courses in public health. Serve on departmental, college, and university committees and engage in service. Participate in scholarship and continuing professional development. Foster inclusivity and mentorship for students from diverse backgrounds.

• Ph.D., DrPH, or another terminal degree in public health, communication, epidemiology, or a related field.
• At least one year of prior undergraduate teaching experience.

Submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae highlighting courses taught, curriculum development, and pedagogical training; statements addressing the following prompts; and a list of three references.

• Teaching Statement – summarize past instructional and mentorship experiences, pedagogical philosophy, plans/goals for teaching, and strategies for mentoring a diverse cohort.
• Other prompts as outlined in the original posting (if any).
