Assistant Coach's Women's Softball
Reporting to the head women's softball coach, the assistant women's softball coach will help provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of a competitive program. This includes:

• Strong ability to assist in providing overall leadership of the women's softball program
• Proven recruiter and evaluator at Division I, II or III level
• Ability to foster a strong and positive culture within the program
• Maintain high level of academics
• Assist with the management of coaching, team practices, competitions, road travel, scheduling, workouts, academics, and life-skills
• Assist in managing the program budget and team travel
• Ensure compliance with all department policies and guidelines
• Comply with all applicable Boston College, ACC, and NCAA rules, guidelines, and policies
• Represent themselves in a manner consistent with positive representation of Boston College
• Opportunity within University guidelines to assist in the management, hosting, and executing softball camps and clinics at Boston College

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $67,350 to $84,200; salary commensurate with relevant experience.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required
• Proven softball coaching experience
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with college student athletes, athletic staff, University personnel and Alumni
• Proficient computer skills

• Two plus years successful coaching experience preferably at a collegiate level or club level
