The most effective leaders don't define success by their personal accomplishments. They define it by the achievements of those they lead.
If you have a history of building exceptional teams, guiding individuals to surpass expectations, and flourishing in settings where excellence is non-negotiable, this position provides an opportunity to leverage those capabilities in shaping future generations.
At Alpha, students don't spend their time in traditional lectures. They advance academically through adaptive technology while Guides concentrate on coaching, motivation, accountability, and life skills development. As a Lead Guide, you'll assemble and develop the team that brings this model to life—mentoring Guides, cultivating leaders, and establishing an environment where students routinely surpass expectations.
This is neither an instructional coaching position nor a classroom teaching role. You won't dedicate your time to lesson plan reviews or lecture observations because those elements don't exist here. Instead, you'll cultivate a culture of excellence through Guide coaching, facilitating compelling life skills workshops, and inspiring students toward ambitious objectives. Your effectiveness will be evaluated by the caliber of student experiences, team performance metrics, and your capacity to uphold rigorous standards while motivating others to reach them.
Alpha is constructing the world's premier K-12 experience. This demands leaders who have already demonstrated their ability to elevate others' performance, execute objective, data-informed decisions, and champion innovative approaches rather than defend obsolete traditions. If this characterizes your leadership style, we're eager to connect.
This position is presently available at selected Alpha campuses:
Greenwich, CT;
Boca Raton, FL;
Miami, FL;
Miami Beach, FL;
Boston, MA;
Raleigh, NC;

If you reside in one of these markets—or are enthusiastic about relocating—we welcome your application. Exceptional candidates from outside these areas are equally encouraged to apply. As Alpha expands, we consistently connect outstanding leaders with opportunities throughout our growing campus network.
