The Cole Resource Center is seeking a Workforce Specialist to support peers living with mental health challenges as they pursue vocational goals. You will coach individuals and groups, maintain confidential records, and help design educational opportunities within the CRC Workforce Program.
This is a part-time independent contractor role, 20 hours per week, primarily remote with occasional in-person meetups in the Greater Boston area.
