Job Title
Pay Range: $16.56hr - $21.56hr
Requirement/Must Have- Minimum of 5+ years of experience facilitating instructor-led training, workshops, or adult learning programs.
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Experience facilitating discussions related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and other sensitive workplace topics.
- Experience delivering management and leadership development programs.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage employees at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual learning platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Facilitate instructor-led training programs in both in-person and virtual environments using established curricula and learning materials.
- Facilitate learning experiences focused on leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, change management, conflict resolution, performance management, and inclusive workplace practices.
- Foster an engaging, psychologically safe learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Skillfully manage group dynamics and respond thoughtfully to challenging questions and sensitive discussions.
- Design and develop learner-centered training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, job aids, and supporting resources.
- Apply adult learning principles and established instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate technical accuracy, and develop relevant instructional materials.
- Evaluate participant feedback and learning metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide observations and recommendations to program leaders regarding participant engagement and training effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate attendance, evaluation, and training records.
- Experience coaching, consulting with, or supporting leaders at all organizational levels to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and learning analytics.
- Experience evaluating learning outcomes and using data to improve training programs.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 a plus.
