Nurtury is seeking a dynamic Program Director to lead Nurtury's central Early Learning Center, overseeing one of the agency's largest and most complex programs with 10+ classrooms and a licensed capacity of 132 children.

You:- Are EEC Director II certified (required)
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in EEC or related field
- Are experienced with 3?5+ years in early childhood program leadership
- Are strong in leadership, communication, coaching, operations, and team building
- Knowledgeable about EEC licensing, accreditation standards, and best practices
- Salary: $85,000 ? $95,000 $ 5000
- sign-on bonus
- Full Time, Monday ? Friday schedule
