We are building a pool of dependable and enthusiastic Substitute Teachers for upcoming opportunities throughout the new school year. This is a great opportunity for educators, recent graduates, retired teachers, teaching assistants, and individuals interested in gaining classroom experience.

Substitute teachers play an important role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment when a classroom's regular teacher is unavailable.

• Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the classroom teacher.
• Provide appropriate instruction and classroom activities.
• Supervise and support students throughout the school day.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behavior using appropriate strategies and school guidelines.
• Take attendance and complete other classroom responsibilities as needed.
• Communicate with school staff regarding student needs or classroom concerns.
• Ensure students remain engaged and on task.
• Follow all school policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by school administration.
