Training Instructor / Specialist
Reporting to the Learning Services Trak Care Training Manager, the Trak Care Application Trainer role is to analyze Trak Care/Intelli Care training needs, design, develop and deliver training collateral for instructor‑led classroom, virtual and asynchronous online courses.
Key Tasks- Plan prepare and research Trak Care/Intelli Care training requirements.
- Design, develop and maintain Trak Care/Intelli Care training materials for classroom delivery, eLearning modules and assessments.
- Deliver training courses, in classroom and virtually as needed. Majority of the training courses are eLearning.
- Perform training course evaluations and participant assessments.
- Continually evaluate and update training courses to help improve delivery and content.

- Previous experience with Health Care IT systems
- Certified trainer and assessor or working towards
- Excellent written creative and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Have a patient and friendly approach to teaching
- Previous Trak Care experience
- Video production and editing skills

Inter Systems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance.
Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

The estimated base compensation range for this role is: $71,000—$89,000 USD.
