In order to participate in Berklee Student Employment, a student must fulfill the following requirements:
- Current student at Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
- Enrolled at least half-time in a degree, diploma, or certificate-seeking undergraduate or graduate program.
- Summer is the only semester in which a student can maintain employment without being enrolled.
- In this case, the student must be pre-registered for the upcoming fall semester.
- This exception does not apply to fall or spring semesters.
- Have a valid United States Social Security Number (SSN).
- Remain in “valid” Visa status as applicable.
- A minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA.
- Students in their first semester can work, even though they do not have an official GPA until the completion of their first semester.
- Federal Work Study student may apply.
- In good disciplinary standing.
- Must be located in the U.S.

The Voice for Non-Majors Graduate Pedagogy Assistants work with a supervising faculty member to support instruction for non-majors at the Conservatory who are interested in learning the fundamentals of voice technique and singing performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Graduate Pedagogy Assistants will manage syllabi and classroom materials and take attendance for their classes.
Under the guidance of a supervising faculty member, they will explore technical concepts, select and coach repertoire and styles, and give feedback on in-class performances.
This job is on-campus.
Required Skills and Knowledge:- Currently enrolled in either the MFA in Musical Theater Vocal Pedagogy or the MM in Vocal Pedagogy at the Conservatory
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with a range of levels of interest and skill
- Ability to strengthen the confidence of students in the class
- Experience working with singers on voice fundamentals
- Classroom experience is a plus
