Middle School Educator

Match Education seeks a Middle School Building Based Educator to deliver rigorous, data-driven instruction and targeted tutoring in a small, urban charter school setting. You will teach core academic subjects, provide individualized support, and help close achievement gaps for diverse learners. Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction to middle school students in a core content area
• Provide small-group and individualized academic support and tutoring to address learning gaps
• Use data to plan lessons, track progress, and adjust instruction for diverse learners
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum, share best practices, and support school-wide goals
• Build strong relationships with students and families to support academic and social-emotional growth
• Implement behavior expectations and classroom management consistent with school culture
• Participate in professional development, coaching, and feedback cycles to improve practice
• Contribute to IEP and support plans for students with special needs, as appropriate
