The String Substitute will fill in as needed in one of BMP’s string ensembles. Each orchestra is composed of students with a specific playing level, from beginners (0-1 years of experience) to advanced (5-6 years of experience). The String Substitute will follow the BMP Sub plan provided and work in collaboration with Directors and Teaching Artists to ensure that students learn appropriate strings technique, music notation, and maintain orchestra culture.
