DescriptionThe Entrepreneurial Management Unit of Harvard Business School seeks candidates for full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor positions starting July 2027. Applicants should be new or recent graduates with a strong record in a doctoral program.
The 12-month base salary associated with these positions is $315,000. Exact compensation may be dependent on particular experience/expertise.
QualificationsThe ideal candidates will conduct research influencing both academics and practitioners. Candidates with formal training in economics, sociology, finance, strategy, organization theory, psychology, as well as inter-disciplinary candidates, are encouraged to apply. Research interests should include one or more of the following: entrepreneurial finance and organization; emerging industries and technologies; innovation; or financing ventures and growth.
