Part-Time Lecturer in French - Department of World Languages and Cultures

The College of Social Sciences and Humanities and its nine tenure units are the home of the Experiential Liberal Arts. Through its research, teaching, and engagement missions, the college collaborates across the university, the Northeastern network, and partners around theglobe.

The Department of World Languages and Cultures regularly seeksinstructors to teach elementary, intermediate, and advanced coursesin French, as well as culture-focused classes taught in English.

Appointments are on a per-term basis.

Positions are available throughout the year contingent uponenrollment and departmental need.

Master's degree and previous teaching experience required, Ph.D.preferred.

The rate for Customized Language Instruction (CLI) is $1,185 perstudent for a standard 4-credit course. A one credit course at theCLI rate is prorated to $296.26 per student.
