COI Energy is looking for dedicated Field Operations Coordinators to provide oversight and relationship management for high-visibility energy management hardware and software deployment projects. Each assignment requires coordination among multiple parties including the customer, electrical contractors, electric power companies, and COI Energy staff.

Hands-on installation of COI Optimizer in cooperation with Business Development and Operations Teams and installation contractors Manage on-site installation, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance, and operating low, medium and high voltage switch gear Leads, guides, and/or trains other electricians in applicable procedures and techniques; coordinates system repairs Develop operational solutions for product installations and ongoing field performance Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies;

promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers

At least 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified Knowledge of National Electrical Code, NFPA-70E, OSHA 10-30, and the National Electrical Safety Code Knowledge of medium and high voltage systems, equipment, substations and primary power distribution Ability to read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures Ability to diagnose electrical controls, industrial motor control centers, and programmable logic controllers for both primary and secondary systems Active Listener – listens and asks questions to truly assess needs A resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and is known for your outstanding time management and project management skill

The compensation for this position falls within the range of $42,300 – $57,900 annually. This salary range represents our good faith estimate of what we expect to offer for this position at the time of this job posting. It's important to note that actual compensation may vary, either higher or lower, compared to the posted range. Furthermore, this range is subject to potential adjustments in the future.

The final salary placement within this range will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to an individual's relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, sales or revenue-related criteria, and the specific needs of our business or organization.
