VendX is seeking a Field Technician in Massachusetts to install, service, stock, and manage vending, arcade, and automated retail machines. You will diagnose issues, replace parts, and ensure firmware updates are current as you stock products and track service logs.
This contract role requires lifting, driving, and travel to new territory launches, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. You will support partner sites on-site and help maintain uptime across VendX machines.
