We are seeking an Analyst, Project Development to join our growing development team. This role will support the advancement of Modal Power's portfolio of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States. Working closely with development leaders, the Analyst will help coordinate project execution, maintain development controls, support commercial and financial analysis, and ensure projects remain on track toward Notice to Proceed (NTP).

The Analyst will serve as a central member of the Development team, helping manage schedules, budgets, risks, consultants, and project deliverables across a dynamic portfolio of renewable energy assets. The role provides broad exposure to project development, financing, commercial strategy, and asset management while developing the organizational and analytical skills required to lead projects in the future. The Analyst will report to the Senior Director, Development & Asset Management and work closely with teammates across Development, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Construction, Asset Management, and Brookfield Renewable.

• Maintain project schedules, risk registers, action item trackers, budgets, and reporting tools used to manage development portfolio execution.
