As a Site/Civil Senior Project Manager based in Boston, MA, you will lead high‑performance multidisciplinary teams and drive client management, design, permitting, and development for a variety of land‑development projects. Your role will involve cross‑functional collaboration with leadership on strategy, business development, and client relationships.

• Lead site/civil efforts on project sites, designing and overseeing site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion, and sediment control from concept through completion.
• Work closely with office leadership to develop strategic growth plans and ensure staff development and optimization.
• Participate in business development by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouse distribution centers, and mixed‑use projects for public and private clients.
• Lead storm‑water management design, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and SWPPP preparation.
• Demonstrate breadth of experience in land‑development engineering, integrating geotechnical and environmental engineering aspects.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience on land‑development projects of varying size.
• Professional Engineering license.
• Proven ability to design and oversee all aspects of site development from concept through completion.
• Strong client development and management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred.
• Active participation in professional organizations.
• Experience in technical and proposal writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Estimated range: $112,500 – $171,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, market conditions, education, certifications, and performance.
