• Develop and execute a Net Zero roadmap across the employer’s global portfolio
• Act as the single point of contact for the delivery of the Net Zero program
• Track, analyze, and report on global sustainability metrics, including GHG emissions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus and drive program implementation
• Manage the governance structure for the Net Zero program, ensuring effective communication of strategies and progress

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, climate change, sustainability, or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale programs for Fortune 100 corporations
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and data analysis applications
• Expert understanding of relevant sustainability standards and protocols
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to clients

• Advanced expertise in Net Zero program management within real estate
• Proven record in sustainability program execution under tight timelines
• Strong ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders
• Innovative problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach
• Experience in community engagement and outreach programs related to sustainability
