OverviewWe’re seeking a self‑starting hardware design engineer for our automotive LiDAR business area. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for capturing electrical requirements, designing/testing complex mixed‑signal PCBs, mentoring junior engineers, and interfacing with engineers in other disciplines to develop the system.
The candidate brings technical experience in digital design, analog design, low‑noise design, experience with FPGAs, experience in controls, and some knowledge of electro‑optics or photonics. This person is also an effective communicator, keeps an open mind, and is interested in both learning from and teaching colleagues who are experts in their field.

- Managing manufacturing and production of boards and modules
- Experience designing complex systems despite risk and uncertainty
- Mixed signal PCB design
- Electro‑optic systems, especially LiDAR
- Digital communication protocols, such as USB, Ethernet, RGMII/SGMII, I2C, SPI, UART, etc.
- Designing for and debugging FPGAs, especially Xilinx devices
- Digital signal processing
The position is full‑time, on‑site, and available to be filled immediately. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
