Senior Civil Engineer

Senior Civil Engineer (PE Required) – Massachusetts

We’re partnering with a well-established civil engineering firm in Central/Northeastern Massachusetts that is looking to add a Senior Civil Engineer to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into a leadership role, mentor junior engineers, and manage impactful land development projects from start to finish.

• Lead site/civil and land development projects
• Oversee design, permitting, and construction coordination
• Prepare site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater reports
• Present to planning boards, conservation commissions, and regulatory agencies
• Mentor junior engineers and review project deliverables
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication

• Active MA PE license (or ability to obtain)
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience, ideally in land development
• Strong Civil 3D proficiency
• Hands‑on experience with stormwater design, grading, utilities, and local/state permitting
• Confident communicator who can engage with municipalities and clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
