** Définir et déployer la stratégie d’ingénierie et de gestion des actifs du site et pour l'équipe d'ingénierie sous votre responsabilité (composée de 2 ingénieurs et 1 coordonnateur.)   Diriger les projets d’immobilisations (CAPEX) de l’idéation à la mise en service   Prioriser les investissements selon les enjeux de sécurité, fiabilité, capacité et performance   Assurer la gestion complète des budgets d’investissements et le contrôle des coûts   Encadrer les firmes d’ingénierie, entrepreneurs et fournisseurs stratégiques   Garantir la conformité des installations aux normes légales, environnementales et corporatives   Soutenir les opérations dans l’optimisation des procédés et la résolution de défis techniques majeurs   Promouvoir une culture forte en santé-sécurité, en gestion des risques et en sécurité des procédés (PSM)   Mettre en place des standards techniques et des meilleures pratiques d’ingénierie   Développer, mobiliser et faire grandir l’équipe d’ingénierie   Participer activement aux décisions stratégiques du site à titre de membre de l’équipe de gestion   Superviser le parc informatique du site en collaboration avec les équipes TI corporatives##
** Ce que nous recherchons
** Baccalauréat en génie (membre de l’OIQ, un atout)   5 à 7 ans d’expérience en ingénierie dans un environnement manufacturier ou industriel   Expérience significative en gestion d’équipes techniques et de projets d’envergure   Solide expérience en gestion budgétaire et planification des investissements   Excellente compréhension des normes en santé, sécurité et environnement   Leadership reconnu, esprit stratégique et forte capacité d’influence   Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets complexes simultanément   Bilinguisme français / anglais essentiel## At Cabot, we bring the power of innovative chemistry and a spirit of partnership with our customers to advance solutions that will enable a sustainable future.
