At Analog Devices, we’re building the future of satellite communications. We welcome engineers and technical leaders from across the Satcom ecosystem—whether your experience is in satellite payloads, advanced user terminals, and subsystems. This is your opportunity to lead and contribute to end‑to‑end Satcom solutions spanning LEO, MEO, GEO orbits, and all relevant frequency bands. You’ll help shape the next generation of IC and system roadmaps for the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to architecture, design, and implementation of innovative Satcom solutions.
  • Translate system requirements into practical, high‑impact designs for payloads, terminals, and subsystems.

  • Integrate new technologies such as advanced user terminals and Direct‑to‑Cell solutions.
  • Ensure robust designs for the space environment, including radiation (TID, SEE), thermal, and reliability factors.
Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience in Satcom system design for payloads, user terminals, or key subsystems.
  • Knowledge of relevant Satcom frequency bands (e.g., Ku, Ka, Q, V, W, C, S, L) and the implications on circuit/sub‑system design.
  • Ability to translate system/constellation requirements into innovative solutions.
  • Understanding of space environment factors, including radiation effects (TID, SEE).
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills; thrives in both independent and collaborative settings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications, Aerospace, or related field.
