Secure Transportation Cloud Engineer

LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech Company, is seeking a highly skilled Secure Transportation Cloud Engineer to support the Volpe Center under the Transportation Technical Engineering and Mission Support (TTEMS) program.

• Deploy security cloud-native environments
• Implement CI/CD, security scanning, integration testing
• Support Zero Trust and OT/IT convergence

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–8 yrs cloud/software engineering;
  Dev Sec Ops

• Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 3 years experience in transportation modernization
• Aviation, AAM or safety critical systems background
• Previous experience in a federal or aviation-related environment

• Work location:
  
  Boston, MA is Volpe Headquarters; contractors may work from client sites across the country
• Position is:
  Likely Hybrid; depends on client needs
• Work Hours:
  
  CORE hours- 9 am-4 pm ET
• Travel: 10%

    Regular and prolonged periods of working at a computer terminal.

Salary at LST is determined by a wide array of factors, such as (but not limited to) education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time, 40 hour/week status. Part-time staff receive compensation at an hourly rate. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of LSTs total compensation package for employees.
