Senior Solutions Manager — Robotics & Autonomous Systems Overview
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Manager to drive system-level strategy and market adoption across robotics and industrial automation segments. This role combines technical expertise with commercial execution, owning solution definition and enabling customers, distributors, and sales teams to successfully deploy integrated architectures spanning motor control, power, analog, and MCU technologies.
The ideal candidate is a technical generalist with strong customer engagement skills who can translate complex requirements into scalable, high-value solutions for next-generation robotic platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Own and promote system-level solutions for robotics and industrial automation customers, driving design wins and long-term platform adoption.
- Define integrated architectures aligned to customer needs, including motion control, embedded processing, sensing, and power management.
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, and applications teams.
- Collaborate with distributors to strengthen solution positioning, deliver technical training, and expand pipeline opportunities.
- Engage directly with customers to identify requirements, present differentiated solutions, and accelerate adoption.
- Partner closely with sales to expand existing accounts and unlock new opportunities.
- Operate as a cross-functional leader bridging engineering, product, marketing, and field organizations.
- 50% Distributor Engagement:
Technical enablement, branch visits, training, and joint customer development. - 50% Customer-Facing:
Direct support of robotics and automation customers from solution definition through deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- Significant experience in either semiconductor solutions, applications engineering, technical marketing, or product marketing within robotics or industrial markets.
- Strong understanding of motor control and embedded system architectures.
- Proven success in customer-facing roles driving technical adoption.
- Ability to influence go-to-market strategy within cross-functional environments.
- Experience supporting robotic OEMs or advanced automation providers.
- Strong blend of technical depth and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex system concepts.
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in a regional capacity.
