Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
* Analyze and interpret telecommunications billing data to validate charges and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
* Track and monitor KPIs for telecommunications usage, costs, uptime, and time to repair.
* Review contracts to ensure favorable rates and terms, with knowledge of ITT
72 considered a plus.
* Collaborate with vendors to resolve billing disputes and service issues.
* Stay current on telecommunications technologies and industry trends.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telecommunications assets and services.
* Verify E-911 location information for applicable services.
* Identify and implement process improvements to streamline expense management. Experience Requirements:
Experience Requirements
* 5 or more years of experience in telecommunications expense management with clear focus on expense management versus general telecom analysis.
* Hands-on TEM experience on the cellular side with emphasis on cost controls.
* Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
* Familiarity with ITT
72 (preferred).
