Salary Range: $80,200.00 - $93,730.00

Position Type: Full-Time / Regular

The Senior BAS Controls Engineer (Senior BACE) maintains a comfortable and safe environment through the management of the Building Automation System (BAS), lighting control systems, and monitoring-based commissioning systems. The Senior BAS Controls Engineer works as the campus subject matter expert pertaining to Building Automation Systems. These systems are implemented in every major construction project  Senior BACE works with the Union Technicians and subject matter experts to resolve technical issues associated with the BAS, HVAC, or Lighting Control Systems.

• Manage the Building Automation System (BAS), lighting control systems, and monitoring-based commissioning systems.
• Serve as campus subject matter expert on Building Automation Systems.
• Implement BAS in each major construction project at BU.
• Collaborate with Union Technicians and subject matter experts to resolve technical issues associated with BAS, HVAC, or Lighting Control Systems.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
  Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience.
