- Experience:
10–15 years in the commercial construction industry, including 7+ years in MEP design, estimating, and construction. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management required. - Role-Specific
Skills:
30‑Hour OSHA certification and LEED AP credentials preferred; strong proficiency with BIM is essential. - Extensive knowledge of MEP systems.
- Strong capabilities in project management, budget control, and risk mitigation.
- Proficient in BIM/VDC coordination.
The Director of MEP Services is responsible for leading the strategy, coordination, oversight, and technical execution of all building systems within the portfolio of a region's projects. This role leads the full lifecycle of MEP efforts – preconstruction, construction and post-construction – across multiple projects. This includes providing an unparalleled level of service, partnership, communication, and technical assurance to internal and external clients.
