Senior Water Delivery Project Manager

Senior Water Delivery Project Manager to lead operations and business leadership for water resources projects in the Southern New England market (Boston, Worcester, Springfield, Rocky Hill).

Position may be based in Boston, MA;
Worcester, MA;
Springfield, MA; or Rocky Hill, CT.

• Collaborate with business development and market resources to help win and deliver projects.
• Perform water resources engineering planning, design, project proposal, and management duties.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; master’s degree in water resources or civil engineering strongly desired.
• Licensed PE in Connecticut; additional state licenses preferred.
• 10+ years of water resources experience and 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience developing and managing client relationships across regions and disciplines.
• Experience guiding technical staff in the delivery of water resources projects.
• Experience in full‑cycle business capture: opportunity identification, strategic positioning, proposal development, and submission.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Following an offer, candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete employment reference checks, verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials, a motor vehicle report (MVR), and a comprehensive background check.

Salary range: $133,000 – $227,000.
