Our client, an industry leader in optical fiber manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Hollowcore Engineer/Scientist to join their dynamic team. ** Pay Range:** $160,000 - $200,000

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead the development and optimization of hollow core fiber (HCF) draw processes to enhance quality, reliability, and scalability.

+ Investigate the relationship between process parameters, fiber properties, and manufacturing outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

+ Develop innovative solutions to improve process uniformity, throughput, and defect reduction.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop equipment and techniques for process enhancement.

+ Conduct process trials, analyze data, and document procedures to support operational excellence and training initiatives.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

+ Minimum of 3+ years of experience in process development, manufacturing, or related technical environments.

+

Experience with Hollow Core Fiber (HCF) draw processes is preferred.

+ Proficiency in data analysis, experimental design, and process optimization methods.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex process challenges.
