Senior Civil Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

The Senior Civil/Highway Engineer will work as a member of the civil engineering design team on projects serving clients in the New England area. This role involves leading the design of civil engineering projects to support our clients while prioritizing the safety, health, and welfare of the public. You will prepare plans, detail drawings, and quantity estimates for projects of various sizes and complexities, applying best practices and adhering to applicable design and safety standards.

Projects will include highway and local roadway design, green infrastructure, stormwater management, drainage, grading, and multi‑modal transportation designs for entities such as MassDOT, MBTA, NHDOT, RIDOT, and the City of Boston. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, highly professional, and adept at collaborating with engineering teams across disciplines.
