** Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

* Required Qualifications:

** Bachelor’s Degree in Automation Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or comparable Technology with 3 years of experience, or 8 years of practical experience such as experience derived from the Automation Technician role at Bayer production plants.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaborative team player capable of working well with people across all hierarchies internally and externally. Good organizational and presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills such as communication, listening, verbal, and assertiveness. Results-driven with the ability to manage ambiguity.

* Preferred Qualifications:

** Experience in automation systems and control technologies. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $71,120.00 - $. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
