* Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new and repeat work

* Represent Jacobs through industry involvement, networking, and thought leadership

* Champion design excellence across regions and disciplines

* Mentor and develop design staff, supporting career growth and performance development

* Collaborate with internal design leaders to elevate practice standards and design impact

* Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation

Here's what you'll need

* 20+ years of professional experience in architecture

* Professional licensure (Registered Architect - RA)

* Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams

* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development

* Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

Ideally, you'll also have

* AIA membership

* LEED AP or WELL AP accreditation
