Seeking a Traffic Project Manager to join our Civil/Traffic team. In this role, you will support a variety of transportation projects for state and local agencies. You'll lead traffic engineering efforts, perform technical analysis, and oversee the delivery of project documentation related to traffic safety and operations.
This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful and high-visibility infrastructure projects while collaborating with a talented and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project work plans
- Lead traffic analysis and oversee project deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams, senior leadership, and external clients
- Coordinate with public agencies, including state DOTs
- Prepare and review technical documentation and reports
- Support business development and represent the firm at industry events
- 10+ years of progressive experience in civil transportation and traffic engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain within one year)
- PTOE certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience working with public agencies or municipalities (state DOT experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of traffic analysis, safety, and operational standards
- Proficiency with tools such as CADD, Synchro, HCS, SIDRA, Vissim (or similar)
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing budgets and schedules
- Ability to work independently and produce high-quality deliverables

- Ongoing on-call support for transportation planning and operations
Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and location. Total compensation may include base salary, overtime, and performance-based bonuses.
