Overview
One of Boston's leading investment firms is currently seeking a talented systems engineer to join our IT team at the epicenter of a digital transformation. The role involves designing, automating, and supporting mission critical hardware, network, cloud, and virtual systems.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of state‑of‑the‑art modern solutions across hardware, network, cloud, and virtual systems.
- Automate server deployments and recommend solutions for continued network performance.
- Drive transformation with modern storage and virtualization upgrades.
- 3‑8 plus years of Systems Engineering and/or Systems Administration experience.
- Experience with Windows (Active Directory, servers, Office 365, SCCM) and Linux servers.
- Virtualization skills with VMware, Hyper
V, or similar at the server level. - Strong hardware and networking skills.
- Experience with on/off‑prem cloud technologies, ideally Azure.
- Experience in storage configuration and rollout with Net App or Pure Storage.
- Great team environment, technology, and work‑life balance.
- Strong compensation plan with base salary, bonus, and profit sharing.
