About the Role

Broadstaff is hiring a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale MDU fiber (GPON) and low-voltage deployments across multi-building residential projects in the Boston market.

You’ll oversee an initial 3-building rollout (19,000+ units total program) with rapid expansion into a long-term, multi-project pipeline.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end MDU fiber deployments (retrofit GPON)
  • Manage multiple trades: OSP/underground, electrical, low-voltage/IT, civil
  • Drive schedule, production, and vendor accountability on-site
  • Maintain daily reporting, documentation, and progress tracking
  • Identify and resolve project delays, conflicts, and performance issues
  • Serve as the primary on-site PM interacting with clients, GCs, and teams
What We’re Looking For
  • 8–15+ years in fiber / telecom infrastructure / MDU projects
  • Proven experience managing large multi-building deployments
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • GPON / fiber / inside plant
    • OSP / boring / underground
    • Low-voltage / structured cabling
  • Ability to read plans, designs, and construction drawings
  • RCDD highly preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • PMP is a plus

  • Field-first, no-nonsense leader (can run a jobsite)
  • Strong with documentation + production tracking
  • Able to manage vendors and hold teams accountable
  • Comfortable in fast-paced construction environments
Work Details
  • On-site in Boston (travel + housing support provided)
  • 5 days/week onsite initially (critical first 30 days)
  • Typical hours: ~6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
