Estimator; Heavy Civil Construction

• Develop accurate, timely and detailed cost estimates on large, complex heavy civil projects for bid‑build, design‑build, CM/GC, PPP and Engineer, Procure and Construct (EPC) projects.
• Deliver properly organized estimates, budgets and schedules, including managing Skanska’s risk.
• Perform accurate quantity surveys.
• Prepare subcontractor and vendor work scopes.
• Conduct quote analysis.
• Estimate the cost of self‑perform work.
• Meet critical deadlines and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar technical training/experience.
• 1–10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge of the job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
