As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will apply technical knowledge of structural design across ground‑breaking projects in the US and globally. • Prepare and verify detailed engineering designs, drawings, documents, and specifications.
• Undertake detailed engineering design for gravity and lateral systems of building structures.
• Lead the management of project development and deliverables with the team.
• Review project work and deliverables to meet high quality standards against schedules.
• Guide and develop less experienced team members to achieve project success.
• Create 3D structural analysis models using commercial software (RAM, SAP, ETABS, SAFE, etc.).
• Set up, manage, and review job/project administrative systems, including planning and monitoring job resourcing/expenditure.
• Attend and participate in meetings with the client and design team members under project leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in innovative structural building engineering design.
• Relevant master's degree.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) credential preferred;
  Structural Engineer (S.E.) credit is an advantage.
• Deep knowledge of US Building Codes and Professional Standards, with expertise in seismic design.
• Experience across a wide range of projects and materials, including steel, concrete, and mass timber.
• Proficiency in performance‑based seismic design and seismic devices (base isolation, hysteretic/viscous dampers, etc.).
• Experience with BIM tools such as REVIT.
• Commitment to sustainability and environmental impact reduction on projects.
• Willingness to learn or use computational design methods (Rhino, Grasshopper) is advantageous.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable accepting responsibility in a team‑based, self‑directed environment.

• Salary range of $95,000 to $115,000, dependent on experience, education, and location.
